 POSITION SUMMARY

The Solar Education Associate (SEA) plays a critical role as the first point of contact for a prospective client at A&R Solar. When a customer calls in, asks a question via LiveChat, or emails an inquiry – it’s often this initial connection that makes a huge difference in whether they choose to work with A&R Solar or not. The Associate supports the larger Sales Team in working with prospective clients to answer their questions about solar energy, assess the feasibility of a solar project at their home or business, and helps build the foundation of a system design and project proposal to help them make the switch to solar.

The Solar Education Associate will manage new inquiries and interact with clients in person and via phone, email, text, LiveChat, and will assist with gathering and analyzing information. This position requires a high level of detail orientation, analytical thinking, maintaining and updating a working body of knowledge, attention to procedures, documentation and independence within a fast-paced team setting.
